We are not respobsile for any loss caused by the buyer.For example, the buyer does not clear the custom on time, the delivery man can not contact the buyer or the shipping address is wrong.

Parcels shipped via DHL are easy to be held by the custom. If the buyer does not clear the custom, parcels will be ruined. We will not refund for the products and shipping fee.

SHIPPING

Golo IOV offers free world wide shipping on all items. (Except some remote countries and APO/FPO).
 Orders are processed within 2 business days after the payment verification.
 If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
 4. All orders are shipped with registered airmail for free and with a tracking number.
 All estimated/typical delivery time are approximate times for reference only. Shipping time will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is beyond our control.
  

Orders of over$500 are shipped by express.
 Customers are responsible for any extra duties and taxes. If you have any special requirements on declared value, please leave a note on the order or send us an email.

REFUND&RETURN

You have 7 days to contact us upon receipt of your parcel if the product is not as advertised/damaged.
 We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the hardware in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included. Software charged on our app. will not be refunded.
 We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
